PBIS stands for Postive Behavioral Interventions and supports. PBIS is an initiative that was started to help schools successfully educate all students and especially those with challenging behaviors. 

 

Research shows that when a school environment is positive and predictable, students feel safer, have better academic performance, higher test results, and make better behavior choices.

 

By providing a positive and predictable learning environment at Ault, we search to increase those behaviors even more by rewarding the students who meet their goals with PBIS celebrations.
